"What a great find this hostel was. So friendly and helpful before and on arrival. Great room with a KETTLE (Brits will get the importance of this!). I had a single room with en-suite shower room and it was perfect as a base for a short break. I was really surprised to find my room had been serviced in my second day - clean sheets and towels - I’ve never known that in a hostel!"

"Lockers, kitchen, water, fridge all available in common space. Room is clean. Air conditioning available. Staff were very kind and friendly. There are restaurants and 24 hour supermarkets walking distance to hostel. Showers are not the best as they are on a timer when you press it. There is no tray or shelves in the showers to put down your basket or shower bag. There is only a couple of hooks. Sinks are also on a timer when pressed but the water pressure is way too strong which ends up wasting...

"Tivemos uma estadia excelente. Ficamos no quarto com banheiro privativo e era tudo muito confortável e de ótima qualidade. A vista do quarto era boa, as camas e as cobertas eram muito confortáveis. "Very clean and cozy place. Small kitchen, AC in good order, supermarket around the corner. Yes, it’s a student residence but it was nearly empty and therefore quiet. Close to the museum of natural sciences and beaches (walking distance). Just across the road there is a poor neighborhood (Mina) but it offers excellent food options with Pakistani restaurants, fruit shops, hair salons (cheap and good haircut). "I would recommend the bathroom sink water taps be shorter in timeframe for staying on and it would be nice to have more coffee cups and glasses in the communal kitchen area. Staff were absolutely excellent and the rooms were very clean and the entire facility very well maintained. I would recommend this hostel highly."

"Great hotel. Really convenient area for seeing the sights and lots of eating areas around. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely lounge and 1st floor garden although too hot for me in August. Offer of free pastries for breakfast but sadly these were a few muffins that were all gone long before the end time for breakfast. Amazing shower although the lack of sound barrier and closeable bathroom door from the bedroom a little bit weird. "
