"No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicación y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "

"No tenían habitación después de reservar con antelación, llegamos a las 23h y no nos resolvieron de ningúna manera, a esa hora es complicado conseguir hoteles, tuvimos que dormir en el coche pésimo servicio"
