Staff were lovely, professional & very helpful. Room was a good size and well maintained. Good food in the adjoining restaurant despite it being noisy and smoky. Overall a great value for a one-night stay so close to Madrid on a big holiday weekend.

Big room, firm and spacious bed.Huge TV Big bathroom with nice shower although no privacy on the toilet part. Beautiful hotel interior but noisy all night long due to constant motorway traffic 24/7.Ear plugs recommended

La primera noche fue horrible, no pegamos ojo en toda la noche la ventana no ajustaba y se oia el ruido de la A-4 que pasa al lado y no pasan mas de 5 segundos sin que pasen vehículos, al dia siguiente se lo dijimos en recepcion y nos cambiaron de habitacion sin pproblema la empleada qiue me atendio muy bien, asi como la de la limpieza. El hotel tioene un club en la parte de abajo que no es del hotel pero los clientes se alojan en el hotel, y el ambiente wes muy raro ademas la tercera noche se oian gritos hasta las 3 de la madrugada, parecian de una peli porno pero en la habitacion de al lado, yo no volveré, esta en un poligono al lado de la autovia y ademas lo del club el ambiente super raro, lo bueno que hay parquing gratuito del hotel que esta vigilado por las noches y el restaurante no esta mal.

Buen hotel de carretera.

La habitación limpia, la cama enorme y muy cómoda. Zona industrial al borde de la autovía, así todo las ventanas aíslan bien. No hay tiendas, ningún comercio cercano, sólo la gasolinera y su negocio.

MUCHÍSIMOS RUIDO EN LA HABITACIÓN

Estuvimos 2 noches, la primera noche nuestra habitación estaba ubicada hacia una autovía, FUE IMPOSIBLE DORMIR SE ESCUCHABA LOS COCHES Y DEMÁS COMO SI ESTUVIERA EN LA HABITACIÓN. La segunda noche nos cambiaron a otra zona y estuvimos un poco mejor aunque se escuchaba el ruido de algún motor. Es una pena está situación ya que el hotel es muy bonito, muy limpio y el personal excelente.
