Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Staff is great, beds are okay, a bit hard. However, location is great 7-10min walk to plaza de armas. Breakfast was included, but no options as they have the same menu every day. "
