"Fire alarm at 1am. All residents evacuated.
Breakfast basic but it was cheap.

"The hotel's in a prime central location within walking distance to plenty of clubs, restaurants and shops. It's everything you need for an overnight stay. Unfortunately for having communal bathrooms, one stall's lock is broken and another was out of toilet paper which was a bit of a bother considering there was three stalls overall. "

"Most of the staff were very friebdly and helpful, the kitchen facilities were amazing and the room while simple was clean and served its purpose well "

"Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine."

"Avoid Room 22 floor, doors, bed squeaked. Door for the corridor was right next to our room every time someone opened it , it banged shut and the whole room shook. The boiler must also be close to the room or a main pipe noise from it all night ! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had pre-booked a table for dinner stating not in the middle of the room or in between two others disappointed when it was bang smack right in the middle and no other tables we could have . Wouldn’t stay again. "

"The room was very nice and pretty clean. I did not interact much with the staff except for the check-in but it also seemed friendly and pretty available. The main problem was that the room (and it seemed to me also the rest of the building) was really too warm. I had to sleep with air conditioning on all night, but even with it set to 20degrees it was extremely hot and dry (in the morning the co2 detector was giving 950ppm, which means there is not much air circulation since you can’t open the...
