"Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this guesthouse has ample parking and a very nice cafe with a full lunch and dinner menu, bar and fresh made bakery items as well. The shower/sink /toilet areas were clean, bedding was very comfortable. The building, public lounges and rooms all felt safe. There are plenty of lockers to lock up extra belongings and a few outdoor spaces to enjoy some fresh air and conversation. "

"We were locked in the elevator had to call 911. Then the front door broke and no guests could get in or out. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. When I called customer service to seek some compensation they attempted to tell me that it wasn’t their responsibility that the elevator in the hotel broke and the emergency call button wasn’t working.
