"It was close to a couple of train stations. They let me check in early which I was very grateful for. They did have some toiletries for free, but you had to pay for some eg, razor.... which had been free at other hotels. Reception was friendly. Room was ok, towels were slightly small & thin. Being close to train stations, definitely heard the trains going by. "

"Lovely room, absolutely massive. Location was great, right next to Dotonbori and the shopping district. Especially for the price it was such a surprise. An issue we had with other hotels was rubbish bins, this hotel had ample bins for us to throw stuff away. Staff were so attentive, so lovely and even just allowed an early check-in without any charge. Would highly, highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in Osaka would stay here everytime."
