"I have a screenshot on my phone that states this place has an indoor pool per YOUR website on Expedia. Upon arrival the pool had been gone for years and turned into a garden. We were traveling a long distance with 2 young boys, so I booked this based on a pool. We did not end up staying here and finding a place with a pool, therefore I paid for this room. I would like to have a refund from Expedia for their false info and would be happy to share the screenshot from my phone."
