"This particular Microtel was clean, comfortable, and convenient and the hotel staff was very friendly and accessible. We would stay here again when in the area. . Definitely recommend keeping the second lock on the door at all times because despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the knob, housekeeping let themselves in without knocking. Never had that happen before. "

"Don’t let the outside of this property fool you - it looks like a dump. But my room was 90% renovated and very very nice. I say 90% because the Rodeway Inn curiously left the dated shower and shower hardware as-is, but the rest of the room was like brand new. And the property was super quiet. The value for my money was fantastic. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. "

"We stayed for one night while visiting the area. The facility was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Close to some shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and larger than expected. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice variety even though we got there a bit late. The billiards table in the common area is a nice touch. We didn't have a chance to play but if we had stayed longer we would have taken advantage. All in all a very...

"This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street. "The duty manager was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. Convenient location with numerous food and fuel options close by. Easy parking and access. The room was clean, well-stocked and I slept VERY well under the warm blankets on a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, and that's what I wanted. Thanks to the management and staff!"

"Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay."
