"We booked this hotel because (1) the pool looked nice (2)access thru the dune/huge sand berm was carved thru so we did t have to climb the very high berm (had since filled in-we went to access down street) and (3) it has a front desk. We couldn't find the pool (it's behind a closed restaurant across street-when we called front desk at 8pm nobody answered and nobody returned our vm or text…NO SWIM😞 Room was clean and had a nice quiet mini-split hvac but it also had a condensate pump by the toilet that would randomly come on, was randomly loud and gurgly. Good off-season price"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we requested for extra towels and toiletries when their helping staff not available, the receptionist provided to us without any complaints. The location of the hotel is the major plus point. 2mins walking to the beach, wright brothers memorial and any other major attractions. The issue we had was with the elevators, one day both the elevators was out of service and then next day they were able to fix just one out of the two. Overall, I was happy with my stay."

"Ken, the gentleman who takes care of the property was a gem! I asked for something I needed in the suite and he got it very quickly. Moreover he learned it was my birthday weekend and left a bottle of non alcoholic “bubbly” iced down in a wine bucket with a very dear note wishing me a happy “60th” birthday even though he knew it was many more years than that!😉 The suite was very comfortable and had everything you’d need in the kitchen as well as beach towels. The location was very near everything too! Highly recommend!"
