"A serene retreat close to Rio, Celeste, and national Park, even though there was a bit of language barrier. The front desk was kind and we figured it out. She even helped us book a night tour. The property grounds were beautiful. It felt like you were in the jungle. There is no AC, but there is fans in the room. The hammock outside the Villa was a nice touch and you had your own privacy. "Rancho Costafalo is a unique and very special place. It is remote and is situated in an idyllic setting on a large farm with an amazing botanical garden with species of citrus, palms, and rare cacti and a large beautiful pond. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed out two-night stay at the ranch. The accommodations are somewhat rustic, but offer everything we needed, a clean bed, nice bathroom and a pleasant deck.
