"Peaceful and good hotel, I was glad with my stay. 3/5 stars because, first of all, I didn’t expect to pay extra 400$ when I was checking in… like, I thought everything was already included. I had solo trip and wasn’t even going to use the pool/extra beach towels/cleaning service etc, but ok. Second of all, just an advice - don’t greet guests with the words “credit card please”, I had 10,5 hours flight to get to Honolulu, I was thirty, tired and sleepy. "Expensive parking, cash only, self parking, narrow. Not much space, charges $20 if you lose a room key. Hot rooms woth faded ac buttons that didnt even really cool the room. Wonky TV volume and weird elevators that work slowly. Only plus side is there is a delicious but expensive food spot on main floor..."
