When I called customer service to seek some compensation they attempted to tell me that it wasn’t their responsibility that the elevator in the hotel broke and the emergency call button wasn’t working. Please note that this site is very close to the regional airport where the tourist helicopters depart from, so there is quite a lot of noise during the day. "Loved staying at this property, very clean, convenient location and is just a 7 minute walk to the street with a food hall and a 24 hour grocery store. Being able to use the laundry facilities was also helpful and having a bagged breakfast left at the door every morning was a nice touch. I would stay here again."

The shower/sink /toilet areas were clean, bedding was very comfortable. The building, public lounges and rooms all felt safe. There are plenty of lockers to lock up extra belongings and a few outdoor spaces to enjoy some fresh air and conversation. "
