"We are starying at triple room with private bathroom. The room and location was good. The only thing make me give 3* was because the hot water was working but the pressure was super weak. We end up taking shower in the outside bathroom. Other than that everything else is good. "

The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."

Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland."
