"Staff very helpful and room was clean and tidy"

"Basic hotel, quite far from the centre of Singapore but easy to get to by MRT. Room and bathroom were very small but facilities in room were good. Most importantly the AC in the room was very good, which was really important during Singapore’s hot weather. "

"優點：免費的飲料吧、國際插座不用帶轉接器、房間冷氣夠強、洗手台有飲用水，水質很不錯，吹風機風量超大，電視裡就可以使用Youtube和Spotify超讚，交通超級方便，走5分鐘路即可到購物中心覓食，早餐吃亞坤超方便不用排隊，走10分鐘的路就到烏節路上的購物中心也是很方便，Fair price超市很好買，想吃松發也不用排隊.. 缺點： 淋浴的水龍頭水量很弱，房間隔音不太好，會常常聽到隔壁房講話的聲音，盥洗用品覺得牙刷牙膏不太好用。 整體來說，很開心住在這間飯店，下次仍然會選擇住這裡，然後換高級點的房型試試看😃😃 "

"The location of the Quay hotel was perfect. We were in an easy walk of restaurants, train station and tourist spots. We booked a very budget room with no windows and were pleasantly surprised at the size and amenities in the room. Room was clean and with no windows it stayed dark in the mornings. Great hotel choice for a couple of nights stop over if you are on a budget. "

"It’s suitable for a solo traveler or maybe a couple. The size is small but the price is quite reasonable. It’s clean and very convenient. I enjoyed the staying while I was travelling by myself. I didn’t wish to have a big and luxury room for only one person. So it was just fit for my plan. "

"They have 3 hours from 12 am to 3 pm to clean up the room. However, when we got there, the bed sheet was not clean. They even did not wash the cups which were used by previous users. Lipstick marks were still on the cup. It was non-smoking area but people were still smoke in there. The plus point for this hotel is the location which is near some good food courts, restaurants."

"Have stayed at this facility several times prior to Covid. Rooms are very small, but OK, for sleep.Clean, quiet and close to the MRT. No complaints."
