It is a very good hotel at a reasonable price, clean, good shape. Nice is also a separate shower in the bathroom, which is offen not the case in this category. The surrounding is including red light facilities besides many shops and eating opportunities, but fully safe.

The hotel is in easy walking distance of buses but is quite away from the centre of Singapore. We used bus 100 a lot, it's a tap on tap off system. The hotel itself was clean with the stuff to make tea and coffee, the clean were polite and helpful

If your looking for an affordable stay in Singapore this is your spot. Bed is a little hard but perfectly adequate. Is it in a red light district, yes, but we felt safe and you don't see much. Handy to MRT & bus stops. Short walk to Old Airport Road Hawker market

Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. However, the location is the issue. Before walking to the closest main road, I was asked at least 10 times if I would like a massage. It was clear I had selected the wrong area. When we went out to find dinner that night, that area had become even more lively. The following morning, trying to find a local bakery, I was once again offered a massage on at least another 10 occasions and this was around breakfast time. Do your research, we did not feel safe or comfortable in this area. Had pre-booked this hotel again in April, unfortunately with no cancellation this time. Requested a refund, outlining my concerns with the area. However, request denied. Definitely would not stay in this area again.

This was a clean, comfortable and conveniently located hotel at a very good price. It is no frills, exactly as advertised. The room was the perfect size for me (traveling alone) and would have been fine for one more. It is up to date in its decor. MRT (Aljunied) within 10 minutes walk and multiple bus routes as close as just in front of the hotel. Many restaurants. Some reviews note the red light district. The places are there, quiet, with no explicit images, no one handing out flyers and no one hassling you on the street. The rest of the world goes about its business all arpund.
