"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la résidence Thermalia. Mention spéciale à Pierre, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse : alors que nous devions libérer notre appartement à 11h, il a accepté que nous laissions nos affaires jusqu’à 15h dans un autre logement, ce qui nous a permis d’attendre notre transport en toute tranquillité. "Considering we were on a pilgrimage in October, we weren't expecting a fancy hotel but a convenient one that met all our basic needs (shower, bed, WiFi) and was a comfortable distance from both the train station and the Sanctuary. Hotel Sainte Marie checked all the boxes! The staff were all very friendly and eager to help. The rooms we stayed in were all clean and we slept well. "My train to Lourdes was canceled due to a worker strike but, despite the language barrier, they worked with me to change my reservation to the next day with essentially no fuss or complications at all.
