"Upgraded to a balcony. Lovely room, view of mountains and creekside. No air conditioning, something to keep in mind in summer. They do provide a fan. Only 2 cups and 2 coffee pouches. Not enough for our stay. We had arranged to meet my brother/ nephew and couldn't offer a drink. The office closed at 5 so unable to request more. No breakfast available. "
