"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...

"Very polite and helpful staff. Wide selection for breakfast, and good quality. Bar prices are very reasonable. A good option of 1 drink per person for each day ypu dont require your room to be be made up. Staff are very knowledgeable of local walks etc."

"Property was a 5 min walk from the train station. The buffet breakfast was great. Great views from our balc. The stairs up to our room were tight and we struggled with ours suitcases. Otherwise perfect place to stay ony overlooking Zermatt "
