"The hotel was fine, only downside is the location. This hotel is about 10 minutes from everything and there is no way to get around except for Uber or lift. I think the hotel should provide shuttle services to and from Niagara Falls area a couple times a day."

"The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do."

"When arrived they were 20 rooms in dirty status and no rooms available to accommodate us.
We have booked two rooms with 2 double beds in each, but ended up staying in 1 double bed in each room all night. Inspite of have a proper reservation made ahead.
Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the reservation.
We a refund or compensation for it."

"Tuve una buena estancia. El lugar es sencillo y sin lujos, pero cumple perfectamente con lo necesario. Destaco la comodidad de las habitaciones, la amplitud del parqueo y la amabilidad del personal. Como área de mejora, el desayuno podría ser más variado; actualmente la oferta es limitada y muy enfocada en opciones dulces. Además, el servicio de waffles es bastante lento cuando hay varios huéspedes, lo que genera esperas prolongadas"

"If you love cockroach smell, old carpets, heritage rooms, roam around looking for parking when you see parking full at hotel, no-protein breakfast, this is the perfect match for you. Best part is if you pay for overnight parking at hotel it is just about 7 minutes walk to the Niagara state park."
