"No amenities, WAY too expensive, room tiny "

"Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Staff was super polite and helpful, the amenities were great with coffee and tea available all night, the outside lounge area was quite beautiful, and the location can’t be beat."

"I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better."

"My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had. "

"Great breakfast and kind staff. Bed was not to my comfort level but everyone has their preferences for mattresses. Overall great night stay at a beautiful hotel. Shout out to the kind breakfast attendants too. :) "

"Very friendly staff. My biggest complaint is that the beds were very very uncomfortable making hard to get a goid nights sleep. Also the toilet was very very low."

"Breakfast was store-bought fare, which we microwaved ourselves. Nothing fresh. Parking was not included. The bathroom had no hooks or rod to dry towels on.The room was 82 degrees, but the AC was not working. We were told it was against Minnesota law to run AC before summer, which isn't true. There was a fire underneath the building, which knocked out power for at least several hours. We checked out 3 days early due to the fire (by the way, no emergency lights in the stairwell). Yet, The...

"Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean, spacious, with comfy beds and plenty of towels. This hotel is conveniently located near Target Field, and lots of food options within walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone....

"Bar and Restaurant hours are very restrictive. Breakfast is very poorly planned and executed. Shower in room is very slippery. Room is very nice and comfortable. Staff is excellent."
