"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"Vybavení - časem zastaralé a opotřebené, na pokoji nebyla jediná sklenička, pouze 2 plastové jednorázové kelímky - což vypovídá o jejich přístupu k ochraně přírody, komplex 3 velkých vzájemně propojených budov, , snídaně průměrná, pozor pokud máte polopenzi - večeře/bufetová/ se podává již od 16:30 max. do 18:30 (v Polsku je to časté). Plusem jsou nealko nápoje a káva k večeři. Mínusem je placené parkování 30PLN za den."

"es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! "
