"All hotel staff except the manager were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the online chat with property was not responsive at all.
The property had a good breakfast.
FYI, the hotel shuttle from the ¹airport to the property is 50 euros, and a taxi is 12 euros.
The air conditioner in the room was not functioning. The manager was cranky about it, stating it couldn't be fixed until the next day and that he couldn't switch us to a different room. When I went to the front desk to talk about it,...

"Very local to all transport & central to city. The staff were helpful. The room&bathroom were very compact. Very claustrophobic infact. The beds are comfortable and water pressure was brilliant. Balconies are totally useless as an extra feature. A high glass protector over the railing so it feels more like a room than a balcony. "green is my favorite color so I loved the bathroom. The staff were very kind and helped me figure out the electricity in the room. Only complaint is that it can get noisy if you sleep with the window open, but it’s a city so kind of expected."

"Nice property with trendy concrete industrial decor. Hard to describe but it was nice. Stayed in one of the family rooms for 4 with bunk beds.
