Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"It's situated on the elevated part of Biel, 20 mins walk to the closest supermarket, public transport towards the location is very convenient, clean, nice view of the town, glaciers, nice walk all around to churches, restaurants, shopping, lake. Host was professional and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay"

"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."
