"Glamping sites are very close one to each other so you can hear all other guests loudly. Resort doesn't have curfew or noise rules and most of guests doesn't seem to understand that camping noise is more disturbing than in hotel room. In summary, the resort is great but dont expect calm nights of sleep. Street "motorbike" noise can also be hear at night. resort should implement curfew at one point."

"Family Villa. Had to wait until 2.40pm to be able to go in as they only cleaned when we arrived a but before 2pm. There is building work next to it. Noisy grinding stop after 1st day but the workers still working and there was no privacy as they were right next to the pool area. On our last night I was awaken by loud conversation 2 male voices at 4.30am! 6 nights stay. Meant to be daily cleaning. We got random 2nd and 4th day cleaning only. Breakfast was okay. "We had two oceanfront rooms with a connecting interior door. We were delighted. It's a unique property. It features indoor and totally private outdoor showers. We used the outdoor showers exclusively. The entire staff is remarkably friendly and helpful Housekeeping was outstanding. Front Desk was a model of service and hospitality. Local transportation arranged by the Front Desk was excellent. Our driver couldn't have been more helpful and good taking us to where we wanted or needed to go. We...

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful."
