"Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! Thank You for an Awesome stay. : )"

"Phoebe's Place was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay for our party of four. The full size washer and dryer was very useful. The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs although we didn't have ours with us."
