"Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep."

"Lovely stay for a night in Liverpool. Small room but everything you need and a reasonable price. Staff was always available and very helpful with storing bags, etc. stayed in a Sunday night and was quiet and no issues, could see it being louder on Friday/Saturday potentially. Would happily stay here again."

"Awesome location right on Castle street, everything is walkable from this Hotel. The rooms are well appointed, big, AC, comfy beds and we were lucky enough to have one of the most incredible views! Stayed for a 24 hour trip, should have stayed longer so much to do, see and enjoy :D"
