"Great location, but unfortunately, the lack of heating really let our stay down. When we asked why the heating wasn’t on, we were told something about the local government having to authorise it, which seemed rather strange considering the reception area was absolutely boiling hot!
We asked for extra blankets as our room was so cold, but they took over an hour to arrive. By that point, we had already fallen asleep.
Such a shame, as the location was fantastic, but the lack of heating and slow...

"Nice modern hotel close to train and bus station. Can walk to town centre in 15 minutes. Parking available. Breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. marked down as another couple entered our room in error with a key given in error. This was sorted out quickly and staff very apologetic."

"Personal allgemein sehr freundlich, allerdings spricht niemand deutsch.
