"This property in our opinion was one step above a hostel. The rooms had nothing the merit in them, the property was run down (even for San Juan) and its location left us with few options for dining. I simply cannot recommend the property for anyone who has stayed in a hotel rated above a Motel Six. "

"My son became ill on our flight from SJU to JFK, so the plane returned to SJU. We were taken to San Jorge Hospital. My mother found your hotel, loved the upgraded appearance, the fact that breakfast was an option, and your being located in the airport. She booked 1 night stay, and then when we received my son's diagnosis and were told we had to stay an additional 3 days, my mom extended our stay. My only complaint was the air conditioning was broken for 2 days. My room was great, the staff was kind, the Latin restaurant was outstanding, the gym came in handy for my husband, and I loved the fact that I was able to use the laundry room for free, especially since the prolonged stay was out of our hands. Overall, I was truly impressed with your hotel."
