"10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy."

We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. "This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning. "
