"Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here for one night on June 26, 2026, and arrived at 9:30 PM with a confirmed reservation. Instead of checking me in, I was told my room wasn’t ready. I wasn’t given a room until 12:05 AM—more than 2½ hours later.

"The location was convienient for getting around the area. The check in was problem free and the lobby was clean and updated. The daily breakfast was very good. The rooms, however, were outdated and in need of a good upgrade. The bathroom in particular was very disappointing. The tub had been caulked over and over again and was very discolored. The bathroom floor was dirty and stained and the vanity/sink was peeling.
Overall the stay was OK but upgrades are definetly needed"

"We stayed two nights in July. The rate was pretty good compared to other places and the room was basic but clean. The hotel is changing owners later this year, and I think that led to less attention by the departing owners. Front desk service was uneven--some workers were attentive, others ignoring guests or not there at all. The breakfast was not so good--eggs were cold, waffle maker not working, coffee downright bad. If you like cereal, your one choice is Sugar Frosted Flakes. We ended up...

"Great stay! The staff is superb, from Robert, Monika, and Stephanie at front desk, to Kara and T-Mac who helped shuttle us around. My family really appreciated the friendly and very helpful service.
The food at the restaurant was good and the servers were very kind as well.
Only thing is the a/c cut out in the night both nights we stayed there, but fortunately, we were able to get a fan at front desk.
Other quick note is we had no curtains in our room and the california shutters dont really...
