"They have a place with a great potential but they could care for it a bit more. For example replacing broken lamps and missing bulbs, soundproofing the rooms (you hear all the conversations and other unpleasant noises next door), cleaning the decoration fabrics in the room, etc.
An extra effort would largely pay for a more comfortable stay."

"Wunderful accomodation with excellent entertainment possibilities (big swimming pool, two padel courts, table tennis, pelota court and basket. Every room with a separate bathroom."
