"Clean, staff were great, price was good, pool was lovely. It’s a bit of a hike to town but the swinging bridge helped!!! Definitely check out the Montezuma Falls #3 free to guest "

"Great staff, nice quiet rooms and walkable to everything "

"Casa Swell is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Teresa. It is ideally located, close to the beach and within easy reach of some of the area’s best restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The team was also extremely accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay and enjoy a late checkout until 2:00 p.m. Everything contributed to making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Casa Swell and would gladly stay there again."

"Clean. Good location, very central. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property was very nice with air conditioning, and hot water. Property hosts were always willing to help and made excellent recommendations on food and places to see in the area. Laundry was available on site."

"great view, beautiful property, close walk to main town, very helpful concierge! would stay again!"

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay so very much. The short walk to the beach through plumeria trees was magical. We would bring our coffee to the beach and go visit the monkeys to the right end near the point. The property is outside of town, but still close to a ton of really great restaurants, which was a bonus So many great beaches and the staff was amazing So grateful we booked this place So peaceful and so adorable"

"Great location! The staff were friendly, the property is cute. Upkeep though probably could use a boost, the rooms needed some maintenance. I would stay again "
