"Very warm, welcoming B&B, with very personable owners! The Breakfast options were numerous and tasty. The room was very nicely furnished and quite adequate. Convenient to downtown Burnsville. Would definitely stay again!"

"I really sincerely want to give a great review but it bothers me to do so. We drove from Florida and 3 hours before arriving we were told that our account had been flagged for payment. We called the bank and they confirmed that the money was taken out. I was told that I would receive a call back in an hour, 2 hours and no call. "Great location with gorgeous views. A bit tricky getting to the house due to the mountain roads and driveway. Did not use the AV equipment or washer/dryer but all looked quite adequate. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils as well as some basic condiments. Would certainly plan another stay (but not in the winter time)."

"It was an adventure with all the snow (12 inches) we experienced, the owners did everything to make our stay memorable! Everything was emmaculent, clean, thought out to a tee. Breakfast food was amazing!"
