"The room was good, and housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast they provide is wonderful - great variety and super fresh. Transportation is easy with buses, streetcars, and metro all within a couple blocks, and it's also easy walking distance to Vitosha and all the sights.our only issue was with a broken safe and a TV that was on the fritz, but if we return to Sofia we'll stay here again."

"Amazing location and easy to find. Central pretty much to everything. The idea behind the concept is fab and all instructions were easy to follow. The decor is lovely, too. The only thing which is failing this beautiful hotel is the cleanliness. The shower area definitely can do with some TLCespecially the grout area (we didn't use the shower as it didn't look hygenic at all) and a dust"
