"Our stay got off to a very bad start. We waited in line for about an hour and a half just to check in. When we finally reached the front desk around 5:00 PM, we were told that our room still wasn’t ready and that we would need to wait another hour. In the end, we had to wait almost two more hours before we could get into our room.
The staff apologized and told us that parking would be free for our two-night stay because of the inconvenience. However, we were still charged for parking.

"Sitting at the pool area today with my kids and there were two separate fights. One lady refused to move out of a seat that was not hers and fought with an elderly man. Then a fight broke out a few feet away and security was pulled in that directions. The same lady then started a fight with another man about the same seat.
