"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. While we didn’t have too much time in Meknès or the riad itself, we did enjoy both the town and riad.
