Staff is very friendly and drinks/food in the restaurant are good. Coffee is available in the lobby throughout the day. The breakfast buffet is adequate but not great. The welcome drink (pisco sour) was appreciated."

"I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel."
