"5 college friends stayed here for a weekend and we had an excellent time. Plenty of bedroom space. Very clean. (My friends were pleased that I hooked us up with such a nice place!) Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!"

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out. "Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. "
