"I was allocated a tiny room with no air conditioning. Shower also didn't work. In fairness, when i reported problems, staff quickly put it right. I paid £288 for 2 rooms which i feel were very substandard.
However staff were excellent and food was good."

"Very convenient to T2 if stuck in Manchester Airport. Basic room. Smallish and very firm double bed. Had tea making facilities in room. Dispensary machine for sandwiches downstairs needs improvement as door was sticking making us all look like fools trying to operate it."

"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. "There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"We stayed the night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary as we'd had our wedding there. Staff were so lovely and helped to make it special for us. We were given vouchers for a complimentary drink and snack as well as a celebratory breakfast in the conservatory."
