"Bistro breakfast was excellent!! The staff waa friendly, knowledgeable and gave great service!! Check in/front desk staff was accommodating and worked thru a check in issue together. The bed/mattress was not comfortable at all my back and neck still hurt. It was hard and that is my only complaint. Other than that I really enjoyed our stay! "

"This is my third time staying at the Trott house, it’s been excellent every time. House has been beautifully restored, love the self-serve snacks/breakfast, walkable to restaurants/ farmers market. I’ll be staying here on my next trip to Newton!"

"The home was beautiful and had anything you needed. The property was gorgeous with cows in the pasture beside the home. Perfect place"

"Charlene and her family made this stay incredible! The location was perfect for our family events. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were able to relax by the pool. Charlene was incredibly accommodating to both the children and the pets. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Was not what we were expecting as soon as we got into the property we seen bugs cheapest toilet paper you could buy air condition did not reach into the bedroom. Had to go to Walmart and buy a fan to pull the air condition air into the bedroom, no curtains on blinds seems like it was daytime, all the time in the bedroom seems like they were stuff that never was finished inside was not expecting it to be in this kind of shape condition "
