"I was very surprised to be given a room in a separate out building, down a flight of steps or a long walk down the drive to get to a ramp, I am disabled and have a blue badge, the only available disabled parking bay was near the rear door of the hotel ie a long walk to the room I was given! I did ask for a room in the hotel but was told they were all taken"

"Ths staff were very nice, the room overlooking the car park is very noisy and randomly the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3 times during my 5 night stay.
The restaurant is very nice though with good service.
But i won't stay there again."
