"The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful."

"We had a bit of confusion with our reservation that we made through expedia but the hotel management helped us to make it right. After that the room they put us in had a plugged pipe in the sink, which was giving off a horrible odor. I reported it to the manager and they offered to move us - which we did NOT want. Then they had maintenance come the very next day (earliest possible) to correct the problem. Staff was very friendly and good to work with. The maintenance man called me personally to explain and even left a note to apologize for the inconvenience- which was very thoughtful. Overall, very happy with this stay- breakfast was good and staff was great!!"

"Hardly any breakfast items,out of order sign on orange juice and pancake maker,bad bananas, had disturbance of someone,beating on a door very loudly at 1:30:am,tried to call front desk to report it,and phone did not work to call them,told them when I checked out,not a very pleasant stay,and lack of sleep,for money I paid,very disappointed"
