"El hotel estaba bien ubicado, pero el cuarto tenía desconectado el aire acondicionado y la ventana no se podía abrir. Aparte de que el cuarto era pequeño e incómodo para dos adultos ya que el techo obstruía parte del cuarto y la ventana era diminuta haciendo oscuro el ambiente"

"Beautiful building but studenty type accommodation. Practical but not very
cosy room. Restaurant and roof terrace was closed on our trip. Also important to know that they withdraw a lump sum out of your bank and hold as a deposit which was strange as no mini bar in room."

Très déçus donc - l’information apparaissait sûrement quelque part mais trop discrète"

"The staff were excellent and really helpful and kind.
The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was tired with a loose toilet seat and towel rail and the light was a tad temperamental.
I think it would be beneficial for there to be an additional coffee machine or access to a kettle within the rooms, as the queue for coffee was substantial at breakfast time. Overall I would return to this property as we really enjoyed he location, the atmosphere and the friendly staff."

"The stairs in the room to access the three beds were too steep and slippery. There was blood on the bannister - so clearly someone has had an accident there!

"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...
