"The staff at the hotel was pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel is shabby and ill-maintained. The rooms are depressing and have a feeling they're a little gringy. The breakfast was serviceable. The best thing about the hotel it is steps from the Central Train Station . I did hear the rumors that it is to be renovated and it certainly needs it."

"Great modern hotel, nice, well appointed, punched above it's price point.
Downside is it's outside the walls of Avignon so a good 20 minute walk from city center.
Thankfully there was an Orizo free shuttle bus 5 min away to take you around town. They have regular busses to travel the local environs but those charge. The free Orizo stop about 8:30 pm, so be aware."

20. Campanile Salon De Provence
Campanile Salon De ProvenceSalon-de-Provence
