"It was very difficult to find a location for this accommodation before arriving. The only internet location we had been able to find, was incorrect. We had to phone the number provided then pay someone to lead us there. The sitting area was nice and there was plenty of ventilation. In a mosquito area, there were no flyscreens on the windows which meant windows had to be kept closed and the room was very stuffy and hot. There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning. "It is a great place for the price. But needs to have better internet service. It was none and ot is hard to plan your safaris without conectivity. The service of the hostess was very good, specially Febronia in the restaurant. "

"Family 'room' was excellent. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels. Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!"

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
