"They were renovating so hallways were unfinished. Had to move rooms right away because toilet did not flush well. Staff on duty handled things well and asked again how things were going. Original room and room that we moved to had both been renovated but not done well. Breakfast was good though and hotel was quiet."

"The mini fridge did not cool at all. There is no way to adjust it. The cleaning staff do as little as possible to complete their day. The building is in bad need of repairs and updating. Water staining is present on the walls and ceiling tiles on the first floor especially near the elevator area. Breakfast is perfect if you are on a diet. If you choose to play it safe and go for cereal....be aware that the milk is kept out on the counter in a pitcher rather than having individual milk cartons in the mini fridge in the breakfast area. Just another location to do as little as possible to get through the morning. The only hotel that would come behind this one in ranking in the Guthrie area would be the Townhouse Hotel. "Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ....."
