"We were very happy overall with our stay. Our room was much more spacious than I expected, and it was newly renovated. We had 4 adults. Breakfast was included which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect. Close to Termini and most attractions were within a 15-20 minute walk. Grateful for the elevator! "The hotel is actually a floor on the 5th level of an apartment building, the address is incorrect, we were guided by a gentleman who was so used to find tourist looking for this so-called hotel. The rooms are big, old furniture, windows, bathroom etc. One day the cleaner didn't want to clean the room so he put the no disturb sign in the door. The staff avoided checking the camera because they knew it was the hotel's fault. We've asked for a plate to cut a mango for the child and we were told they have too many people at breakfast😆"
