"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row Staff were friendly & helpful Will stay again"

"Ardoe House is a beautiful property, very much in keeping with it's history as a baronial mansion. The decor is lavish and made us all feel very posh! The rooms are very well appointed and clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in our two weeks of travel, and the dining options were great. "What a great stay we had at Aberdeen House. We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the harbour - we could see everything going on, the location of this hotel is very convenient for the train and bus station as well as the Union Square shopping centre and of course the harbour. Shower was rainfall style and superb. There's no restaurant but if you're looking for a reasonably priced, clean place to stay in Aberdeen, this is definitely it. We will be staying again!"

"Such a lovely team who were attentive and anticipative of my needs. The room had the essentials with an en-suite. Breakfast was also very enjoyable. The premises is by the shore which added to its sparkle. Would definitely visit again. "

"Friendly and flexible staff made the stay very pleasant. It's a great place to rest after a busy travel journey — the beds are comfortable, and all essential amenities are provided, including a mini fridge and microwave. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the city center and railway station. There's also a shared kitchen with basic facilities, which was very convenient. "

"Room could do with some minor touch ups as showing signs of wear but generally okay and for what I paid for 10 nights I would consider value for money. Very basic but I knew that when booking and as I was working away I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that.
