"Lovely staff, very nice and helpful. Nice central location, easily walkable to dining, shopping, and sights. Room was dated, nothing like pictures on website, but nonetheless it was clean and cleaning service was provided daily. A bit pricey but overall a good experience. "

My only disappointment was I got the wrong room when I paid for an upgrade to have a bath rather than a shower. By the time I noticed, all the rooms were full. It's not my job to check I was given the right room and surely should have had a discount given the cost of the room."
